(MMJ – CSE) (39N – Frankfurt) (MQPXF – OTC) (“Matica” or the “Company”)announces that it is preparing to commence phase one of the planned exploration programs at the Nevada Grumpy Lizard project which will include additional sampling, geophysics, mapping, prospecting, and permitting of the area. Matica has retained the services of Robert A. Lunceford, MSc. CPG to commence the preparation of a Property of Merit Technical Report. Mr. Lunceford is a Certified Professional Geologist (AIPG) and QP with more than 35 years experience in evaluation and project management in North and South America and Australia. His past experience includes work with both junior and senior mining companies, including as Regional Manager with Teck Corporation. Since 2006, Mr. Lunceford has worked as an independent consulting geologist, and Qualified Person and has authored numerous NI 43-101 Technical Reports for properties in Peru, Guyana, Mexico, and Nevada.
Matica is also pleased to announce that it has engaged Enviroscientists, Inc. (“Enviroscientists”) of Reno, Nevada to prepare and submit the necessary surveys and reports required to obtain the environmental permitting needed to allow for the eventual trenching and drilling. Enviroscientists is an environmental consulting firm that specializes in assisting natural resource development industries and government clients with environmental related issues and regulatory compliance. Enviroscientists serves natural resource development clients throughout the western United States. Their services include environmental impact assessment documents, environmental permit and licensing, environmental audits and site assessments, biological surveys including special status species, geological assessments, hazardous waste and materials management, air quality assessments, and environmental and institutional analysis.
