(“RoyalMax”) has been granted a license to cultivate cannabis under the Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations (“ACMPR”) for the production facility in Dorval, Quebec. RoyalMax has one of the twelve licenses now granted in the province of Quebec.
